Product updates privacy notice

This notice covers data collected by ScamurAI's landing page for product updates and, with prior consent, usage analytics. The mobile app has its own dedicated notice.
Who handles the data
The controller is the ScamurAI project. For requests about your data, email info@scamurai.tech.
What we collect
- the email address you enter;
- your selected language;
- optional campaign parameters that brought you to the page, limited to source and campaign name;
- the date and time of consent.
If you consent to analytics, Microsoft Clarity may collect technical device and browser data, pages visited, and interactions with the landing page. The landing page does not use advertising cookies. Clarity is activated only after your consent and may use cookies and similar technologies to produce statistics and interaction recordings.
Why we use it
With your consent, we use this data to send essential updates about the product, new protections, and features, and to understand which campaigns generate genuine interest.
With separate consent, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the landing page is used and improve its content and usability. You can reject or change your choice through “Privacy preferences”.
Where it is stored
Data is stored with Supabase, the database infrastructure provider. The region and any international transfers depend on the production project's configuration.
How long we keep it
We keep your email while you want updates. After a deletion request, we remove it within 30 days unless the law requires otherwise.
Data collected by Clarity is retained according to Microsoft's retention periods.
Who receives it
We do not sell your email address to third parties. It may only be processed by providers needed to host the database and, when updates begin, by the email provider that will be named in this notice. If you accept analytics, Microsoft processes data collected through Clarity under its privacy statement.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability and withdraw consent at any time by using the address above. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
What this page does not collect
The landing page does not collect visited domains, messages, passwords, banking details, or information analyzed by the app.
