App terms of service

By using ScamurAI you accept these terms. The service is provided by Scamurai, Italy. Contact: info@scamurai.tech.

What ScamurAI does

ScamurAI helps you recognise messages, links and sites that look like scams. It matches domains against dangerous-site lists and, if you enable it, analyses the text you submit.

ScamurAI is a support tool, not a guarantee. It may miss a new scam or flag something legitimate as suspicious. The final decision is always yours: do not rely on its verdict alone for anything involving money or personal data.

Your account

An account is required. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. You must be at least 14. You can delete your account at any time from your Profile.

Subscription

Some features require ScamurAI Pro. Subscriptions are bought through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Price and duration are those shown at purchase.

Management and cancellation happen in your store settings, not in the app: deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds follow Apple's and Google's rules, and must be requested from them.

Consumers in the European Union have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. The service is available immediately after purchase, and by proceeding you agree that performance starts right away.

Acceptable use

You may not use ScamurAI to:

• bypass, probe or attack anyone else's security systems;
• submit unlawful content, or third-party data you are not allowed to process;
• automate bulk requests or resell the service.

We may suspend accounts used in these ways.

Availability

We do what we can to keep the service running, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. Some features depend on external providers and on your phone's platform, and may change or be discontinued.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for the consequences of decisions taken on the basis of a verdict from the app. Nothing here limits the rights consumers have by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will flag it in the app before it takes effect; continuing to use ScamurAI after that date means you accept it.

Governing law

Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, the courts and protections of your country of residence still apply.
